You can choose either option. Online prepayment secures your spot instantly, but cash payment upon pickup is also available for convenience.

No hidden costs at all. The 99 AED package includes everything mentioned — from pickup to dinner and shows. Only optional add-ons (like private cars or long camel rides) have extra charges.

We use licensed, fully insured Toyota Land Cruisers (4×4) for dune bashing and transfers. All vehicles are regularly maintained and equipped with safety features.

Light, comfortable clothing is best. Avoid heels — wear sneakers or sandals.Dune bashing can be bumpy, so it’s not recommended for pregnant women, elderly guests, or those with back or heart conditions. However, we can arrange a soft desert ride or camp-only experience on request.

In rare cases of rain or severe weather, we’ll reschedule your tour at no extra cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

While mobile coverage is available, Wi-Fi connectivity may be limited due to the remote desert location — perfect for enjoying a digital detox and focusing on the experience.
